401(k), Savings and Security Plan
Full time employees are eligible to join FPI’s Savings and Security
Plan on the first day of the month following hire date. You may
contribute up to 60% of your pay, subject to certain limitations.

We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic and
Supplemental Life Insurance, Accidental Death
and Dismemberment, Long and Short Term
Disability.
Flexible Spending Account
All benefit-eligible employees may set aside
pre-tax dollars every paycheck to pay for
out-of-pocket health and dependent care
expenses.
Holidays
We offer seven paid holidays per year plus
three floating holidays per year to be used at
the employee’s discretion.
Vacation
We offer 10 paid vacation days per year for
the first 5 years of employment. Vacation days
increase in increments of 5 days, for each five
years of employment, up to a maximum of 5 weeks.
Sick Leave
Seven days per year are accrued each year to
a maximum of twenty-one days.
Educational Assistance Program
After one year of service, all full time
employees are eligible for this program. Covered
expenses include registration fees, tuition and
books. Courses must be job related and
reimbursement is based on final grades.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a
benefit designed to assist employees and their
immediate family members in need of guidance
through providing confidential consultation and
referral services. Legal advice is also provided
at no charge to the employee. |
