The revolutionary PILLOW PAK’R®
machine makes a 48” diameter roll of 24” wide bubble in
3 ½ minutes! Unlike traditional bubble material, PILLOW PAK
film cannot pop and lose its cushioning properties. PILLOW
PAK film allows air to move (or transfer) between cells
providing superior product cushioning and protection.

Quilt Medium Film is now available.
At 146 cubic feet per roll, one roll of cushions using
Quilt Medium film equals four bundles of regular ½”
bubble. The PILLOW PAK Quilt Medium film makes bubble
on both sides for better product protection and gives a
1.2 mil thickness throughout the cushion compared to .7
mil thickness at the top of regular bubble.
